It’s only a few days in and I already know I’ve been pushed outside my comfort zone. I’ve been hungry, I’ve been sore… and I’ve probably been a little moody too if you ask my friends and family! How is the challenge going for you?! Haven’t signed up for the challenge yet? Down 40 for the year, NOT great but ok. Have been on a major weightloss plateau for along time. I am starting the Lurong Paleo Challenge on Monday. I am walking/running a 5K in two weeks. I competed in Deadlift for Dollars and lifted 200 pounds. I am commiting to PALEO, WHOLE 30, fish oil, D3(something) a gallon of water a day etc. I hope to get 25 more off by end of the year..DO YOU THINK I CAN?

well i will plan to exercise and lose weight as my habbit became overeating and i now am heavier than i have ever my 90 challenge will be to stop eating crap and get to exercising more.

I have a prolaps in spine (neck). I need to get off my painkillers
and back to training, went up 6kg…
So, I am in. I have to do gymnastics 30 min everyday for the next 90 days.
Get my neck in shape to leave the painkillers.

Hey Kyle! I’d love to say that I am going to commit to 40 mins of walking a day, but I won’t because I have to be realistic. I also have tons of studying to do because I am falling behind already in my A&P class and I am so overwhelmed with it. BUT I WILL go ahead and commit to not getting anymore Oreo sundaes from Baskin Robbins. Not only were they expensive, but they are 1270 calories! I have gotten about 10 of them over the past few months. I knew what I was doing. And this sounds mean, but there were three girls in Baskin Robbins the other day getting the same thing I was getting, and they were all significantly overweight. I realized that I was the fourth significantly overweight girl in there too. So, I will commit to no more of those, but beyond 90 days. :) Thanks Kyle. We gotta hold ourselves accountable!

Hey Kyle, I just heard about your story for the first time this week and then got the chance to meet you in SLC. I’m committing to lose 40 lbs. Over the past 6 years, since I got married, my wife and I have had 4 kids, so it’s been pretty easy for me to make excuses to not work out. But after meeting you, I realized how lazy I have been. So my commitment is two-fold: first, to lose 40 lbs; second, to get off my lazy butt and start doing all the little things that I feel prompted to do. Thanks so much for your inspiration as well as your hard work to support the wounded warriors.

Hi Kyle! Here’s my goal….I’ve been doing Body for Life for about three months now, so I feel like I’m in a good groove for exercise…now I’m moving on to my business and spiritual goals…I will contact two new people daily and follow up with two others daily…I will also read at least ten verses of scripture each day and pray morning and night. Now I can’t quit because I told you my goals!!! :)

I started Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred on September 1, along with my regular running program. I’ve completed day 19 and plan to continue on for the 30 days. Depending on where I’m at at the end of the 30 days . . . I may start it over again in October (or start another strength training program). I’m finding that it’s a pretty good warm up, and I am seeing the benefits of this in my running. Wish I’d have started doing something like this when I started running . . . but at the time, it was “too hard” for me and I didn’t stick with it. It’s not easy, but I can tell the difference in my runs, by the strength, speed and lack of pain I am now feeling, when I run after my workouts. I don’t want to give that up! 90 days of focusing on strength and stretching . . . Thanks for the inspiration and the challenge!

Hi Kyle! I had heard part of your story before but not all of it. I was amazed to hear more at the doTERRA convention and Blessed to get to meet you in SLC. You are SO inspirational! I was so speechless when it was my turn to meet you. I’m going through so much in life and your Never Give Up attitude was just what I needed that weekend. It helped jump-start me to take action of my life over the past week. I just started on a path that is going to help me take control of my health and my life. So my goal is sort of two fold, first get myself taken care of, second so that I can better help my family and so I can get fully caught up in school!

today in ms libbys class hendersonvill tn at knox doss middle school we are watching videos about you today. u really inspire me. i cant beleive the things u do. most people that have all there limbs cant even do the the things that u have done.

Hi Kyle,
I am 51, in a dead end career. I owned my own business more than half my life ago. For the last 5 + years I have been saying I want to do it again. I have not had the fire to do it. When I was in my early twenty’s I had the attitude and the fire to it. I could have cared less how many people told me I couldn’t do it or what I was doing wouldn’t work. I did it. I realize I am very late to the challenge… I am going to own my own business in 90 days and I will lose 30 pounds in those 90 days. I will keep you posted. Congratulations on all your achievements! KYLE, I signed for your newsletter in May and as yet have not received any! I had a fall 10 months ago and am still challenged in many ways from Neurological Surgery done then. Due to these impairments I won’t be on board for the ASEA Convention and the opportunity to hear your motivational speech. This one would be my 4th so I’m hoping there will copies available. My daughter Dorothy and husband will attend so I asked for a copy of ” No Excuses ” Hopefully it will be in our store!
I admire and praise your spirited energy in all your accomplishments.
